Cancellation policy
To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow appointment times to be offered to others, the following cancellation policy applies.

Notice Period
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.

This includes missed appointments, failure to attend a telehealth session, or late arrivals where there is insufficient time remaining to proceed.

Telehealth Appointments
All sessions are delivered via secure online telehealth.

Clients are responsible for:
-
Ensuring they have a stable internet connection
-
Being available at the scheduled appointment time
-
Joining the session via the provided link

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please make contact as soon as possible.

Where technical issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame and prevent the session from proceeding, the full session fee may apply.

Late Arrivals
If you join your appointment late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee will apply.

Illness & Emergencies
If you are unwell, telehealth sessions can generally proceed as scheduled.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the practitioner.

Medicare & Rebates
Cancellation fees are not claimable through Medicare or private health insurance.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide notice via email or through the agreed booking system at least 24 hours prior to your session.
