About me

My name is Emma Fenton, and I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Therapist with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan.

I offer telehealth-only sessions available on Mondays and Wednesdays. 

I specialise in teaching practical skills to manage anxiety, overwhelming thoughts, and emotional challenges so that clients feel in control of their thoughts rather than controlled by them. My approach combines evidence-based therapies including ACT, DBT, CBT, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Executive Function Coaching, with a focus on creating inclusive, affirming, and safe spaces—particularly for neurodivergent individuals.

I have a particular interest in neurodivergence, grief work, male mental health, anxiety, depression and trauma and welcome referrals.
